hillside of the mountains, overlooking south to the Great East Sea
holiday resorts, GuestHouse International Hotel Sanya remains an oasis
of tranquility from the hustle and bustle of the busy downtown. It
is the Hotel with the highest geographic location of the city. The
entire Hotel expands 28,760 square meters (7.1 Acres), with the building
area of 13,000 square meters. Green plants coverage area is 48.65%.
The architecture of the hotel is designed by a Hawaii company DGH,
and the landscape is designed by the United States SASAKI gardening
company. The Hotel is built under the international four-star standards.
As the first Hotel built in China under the name GuestHouse International
Hotel, entitled by the United States Sholodge Inc., our Hotel was
pre-opened on January 8, 2004. |

including 102 DOT (each with an area of 39 square meters), 50 GOK
(each with an area of 48 square meters). All rooms are spacious, one
of a kind and has a full set of five-star standardized furniture and
individualized supplies. All the rooms have the advantage of sea-view
or mountain-view, beautiful scene and nice, freshly circulated air.
Also, the rooms are equipped with broadband Internet services, free
for the customers. In addition, the Hotel has 2 separate Swimming
Pools in room service areas.
¡¡¡¡The Multi-purpose Banquet Hall, equipped with hi-tech audio and
video facilities, can accommodate a maximum of 200 people for conferences,
banquets and other activities. The restaurants are offering excellent
Chinese and Western cuisine in an elegant ambience. Also, the Hotel
is equipped with Fitness room, Sauna, Massage Center and all sorts
